Haute Provence

I just came back from an amazing trip to the Haute Provence, France.

First I stayed at Sainte-Croix in a beautiful Monastery and attended a contemporary dance workshop with the organisation Wisper. (http://www.wisper.be/) In the morning we would dance from 9h30 untill 12h00. Then we had lunch and spare time to enjoy the beautiful area. And in the evening we would dance another 2 hours. It was exhausting, my musscles hurted so bad, but I loved it so much! It was a great way to deconnect and feel again instead of thinking.

The group was great too and was made out of 4 workshops: initiation of contemporary dance, drawing & painting for beginners, from impro to scene & scetches. And at the end of the week, all 4 groups did a showcase. It was very interesting to see what everybody had made.

After this amazing week, Siska and I went to check out the cyclists at le Mont Ventoux. We visited the beautiful town of Grignan and Nyons. And we finished our trip with Avignon.
On our way back to Belgium we stoped at the Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval (see next message).
